UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Epic PB Analyst/Builder to design, configure and optimize PB workflows. The role requires hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB, solid revenue cycle knowledge, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

You will mentor teammates, lead meetings, and collaborate with caregivers and vendors to implement and support application features. A CS degree and Epic Resolute PB Certification are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification required.
• Approximately 2+ years of Epic Professional Billing analyst/build experience.
• Hands-on Epic Resolute PB configuration, workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and application support.
• Experience with claims edit rules, work queues, claim forms, and payer-specific configuration.
