Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking Epic Resolute PB Analysts to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic modules central to revenue cycle and clinical workflows. You will work directly with departments to model future-state processes and ensure system alignment with business needs.

Primary responsibilities include end-user support, issue triage, and coordinating changes with Epic staff. Candidates should have Epic certification and 2–4 years of Epic experience, with flexible hours to cover

Qualifications

• Epic pre-requisite testing is required for consideration.
• Epic certification/accreditation within designated timeframe is required.
• 2–4 years of Epic experience.
• Knowledge of hospital department operations and clinical workflows is preferred.
• Associates degree or IT certifications accepted with comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for Epic module end-users.
• Identify issues within the application area and coordinate resolutions.
• Guide workflow design, build/test/validate system changes.
• Liaise between end users and Epic implementation staff.
• Maintain communications with Epic representatives and project teams.
