Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC seeks an Epic Resolute Systems Analyst to support and optimize HB/PB billing applications across the revenue cycle. The role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining Epic Resolute functionality to ensure accurate billing, claims processing, and compliance.

The analyst will partner with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, HIM, and Finance teams to align system solutions with business workflows, support production issues, perform impact analysis, and drive process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic Resolute HB experience.
• HB certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle and billing workflows.
• Experience with Epic build, testing and production support.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Epic Resolute (HB required, PB preferred) experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and billing workflows
• Experience in Epic build, testing, and production support
• Epic Resolute HB certification required (PB preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Clarity, Caboodle, RWB
• Exposure to large healthcare systems and Epic upgrades
