Planet Group is seeking a Senior Epic Patient Access Consultant (Willow) with 5–7 years of Epic IT experience for a remote, 3-month engagement. The role requires active Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central certifications and a proven healthcare implementation track record.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, configuring Epic modules, defining specs, overseeing testing, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring analysts to drive front-end revenue cycle improvements and patient

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on healthcare IT experience specializing as an Epic Analyst.
• Current, active certifications in Epic Cadence, Epic Prelude, and Epic Grand Central.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Epic implementations, optimizations, or upgrades within large hospital networks, IDNs, or complex health systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of front-end revenue cycle operations, patient registration, scheduling templates, real-time eligibility (RTE), and bed tracking/ADT workflows.

Responsabilités

• Workflow Analysis & Design: Document current-state business workflows and analyze, design, and implement optimized future-state patient access workflows across scheduling, registration, and bed management.
• System Configuration & Integration: Lead configuration, build, and integration setup for Epic Cadence (scheduling), Prelude (registration/insurance verification), and Grand Central (ADT/tracking).
• Requirements & Functional Specifications: Define detailed product requirements, use cases, and high-level functional specs to align tech with operations.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee testing cycles, validation protocols, and integrated testing scenarios for major implementations, upgrades, and optimization packs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory: Serve as an intermediary among client stakeholders, the Epic team, and Accenture leads to ensure shared understanding of capabilities and data requirements.
• Leadership & Knowledge Transfer: Guide client teams through change management, mentor junior analysts, and share best practices across the project lifecycle.
