The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of Epic experience, holds Cadence, Prelude, and MyChart certifications, and can translate technical concepts for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience delivering Epic projects or healthcare IT consulting.
• Active Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, and MyChart (required).
• Experience leading complex client engagements and building scalable delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic architecture across multiple client engagements within Cadence, Prelude, and MyChart.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor in meetings with clients and Epic stakeholders.
• Develop scalable delivery frameworks and best practices for consistency across engagements.
• Troubleshoot complex Epic configurations and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with patient access and operations teams to align technology with workflows.
