Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT.
Active Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, or Referrals.
Experience leading large-scale healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

Lead large Epic Patient Access projects including scheduling, registration, and referrals.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with IT, clinical, operational, revenue cycle and executive stakeholders.
Provide SME in Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals.
Evaluate workflows and support future-state design.
Manage risks, dependencies, resources, issues, and communications.
Oversee readiness, testing, go-live, and stabilization activities.
Run meetings, track progress, and report to leadership.
Support enterprise change management and adoption.
