Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) seeks a Senior Analyst for Epic Application Management to design, build, test, and troubleshoot Epic RTE solutions for complex clients in the United States. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building, implementing, or supporting Epic RTE applications.
• Active Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) certification is required.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, required.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills; strong communication and attention to detail; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Performing advanced troubleshooting to ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of Epic RTE applications for Nordic’s complex customers.
• Fulfilling system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into detailed requirements, and performing build and testing; escalating as needed to Senior Application Advisors.
• Analyzing workflows and system setups, participating in system upgrades and testing.
• Managing multiple customer assignments with moderate oversight, including ticketing, email communication, and calendar management.
• Documenting updates in ticketing systems while meeting SLAs and following change control policies for migrations.
• Participating in ad hoc projects and assisting in internal initiatives as requested.
