Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) seeks an Epic Orders Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot Epic orders modules for our complex clients. You will work with Application Advisors to deliver high-quality EHR solutions, data integrity and user-focused workflows.

You will handle advanced troubleshooting, system builds, testing, and documentation while coordinating with customers, IT staff and managed services teams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Active Epic Procedure Orders or Inpatient Certification required.
• 1–5+ years of direct experience with EHR modules (implementation, training or support).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and troubleshoot Epic orders modules for complex clients.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, audits, upgrades and testing activities.
• Escalate and manage issues per SLA with minimal oversight.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with Application Advisors and customer IT staff to ensure safe, compliant deployments.
• Participate in onboarding, change management and onboarding of new team members.
