Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents with 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Lead complex software upgrade initiatives and small-to-medium installations.
• Analyze issues, design solutions, and communicate complex concepts clearly across teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with IT stakeholders to improve stability and performance.
