Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible healthcare analyst experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-2 support for imaging applications and manage incident resolution
  • Lead small- to medium-complexity upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements
  • Configure, maintain, and document applications within assigned scope
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Integration, and Help Desk teams
  • Develop and maintain requirements and test cases for new functionality
  • Document workflows and mentor junior staff
