Job summary

Seattle Children’s Hospital is actively seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimize the MyChart app for our Community Connect program and affiliated clinics. You will play a key role in expanding access to health records, scheduling, secure messaging, and bill pay while supporting patient engagement across the region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with clinical/hospital apps, Epic certification within 6 months, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of five years with experience in clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and systems.
• Proven project management skills, tools and methodologies.
• Experience leading committees, projects and activities.
• Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment (including 2 test retakes).

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimize the Epic MyChart application to enhance patient access and self-service features.
• Support Seattle Children’s Hospital and its primary care clinics within the Community Connect program.
• Improve patient engagement and care coordination through MyChart enhancements and branding.
