Job summary

Seattle Children's Hospital is actively seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to help build and scale our Community Connect program. You will configure and optimize MyChart for pediatric care partners, extending access to self-service features and secure messaging across our region.

The role emphasizes patient engagement support, cross-team collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills, with Epic certification expected within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment.
• Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic MyChart application.
• Support Seattle Children's Hospital and its primary care clinics.
• Contribute to the Community Connect program and patient engagement initiatives.
