Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks a top-level Epic Healthy Planet analyst to design, optimize, and maintain population health tools within its healthcare ecosystem.

You will lead projects, collaborate with care management, quality, and IT teams, and ensure data accuracy across NCQA measures, enabling improved outcomes and value-based care across the network. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification is required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• 4+ years of healthcare operations experience using Healthy Planet or similar apps.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and population health.
• Experience in IT project management and system integration.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects following KS project management standards.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Define system requirements and workflows; configure system settings.
• Provide go-live support and problem resolution.
• Communicate with vendors and manage SLAs.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
