Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/application area or 4+ years of related work experience.
• Epic Systems Healthy Planet Certification.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare or business operations using Healthy Planet or similar KSC healthcare applications.
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows, care management processes, project management in IT, and population health programs.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Healthy Planet configuration and optimization to support closing care gaps.
• Develop registries, MyPanel metrics, and population dashboards for value-based care performance.
• Build and maintain campaigns and care management programs to support outreach and gap closures.
• Configure HEDIS reporting tools and ensure alignment with NCQA standards.
• Collaborate with quality, reporting, and care management teams for quality performance tracking.
• Provide SME on Healthy Planet functionality to internal stakeholders.
• Lead system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support for projects.
