Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, education, information technology, health care administration, or related field.
• 5 years minimum experience with health information technology and EHRs; Epic certification is advantageous.
• 3 years of onboarding, adult education, curriculum development, instructional design, or training delivery in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design enterprise technology training programs across clinical, operational, and administrative areas.
• Develop curricula aligned with workflows and organizational standards.
• Maintain training environments and test content for go-lives and upgrades.
• Coordinate training logistics for system rollouts and transitions.
• Support change management by promoting new features and addressing user concerns.
• Monitor training effectiveness using established metrics and user adoption data.
• Collaborate with IS teams, leaders, and vendors to meet user needs.
• Update materials and guides; ensure resources are accessible across channels.
