Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer to deliver Epic training, support end users, and help ensure adoption of the new EHR. The role collaborates with Principal Trainers, Analysts, and health-system leaders to tailor workflows and curricula.

You will manage classrooms, develop job aids, attend meetings, and provide on-site support including rounding and participation in associate fairs. Epic credentialing within 6 months is expected; prior Epic experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training for end users in a healthcare setting.
• Credentialed Epic status within 6 months of hire or as agreed.
• Experience with multiple Epic applications is strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop training materials and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver training for the EHR implementation.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with workflows.
• Provide onsite end-user support and classroom management.
• Prepare materials, ensure accuracy of online learning modules.
• Test and troubleshoot training environments and workflows.
