Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle training.
• Epic Systems certification in multiple applications is preferred.
• Experience delivering Epic training and managing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Epic Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications, guiding system functionality and workflows.
• Coordinate Epic training schedules with onboarding and departmental initiatives.
• Maintain training systems, including HealthStream catalogs, enrollments, and reporting.
• Communicate training changes to leaders and stakeholders across departments.
• Oversee training content, assessments, and educational resources.
• Assist with onboarding and Epic Credentialed Trainer requirements.
• Lead upgrades, Nova Notes reviews, and training readiness activities.
• Collaborate with IT and Revenue Cycle to develop effective training solutions.
• Participate in system implementations as the Revenue Cycle Training SME.
• Analyze workflows and audit findings to identify training opportunities.
