BBSS Beyond Blue is seeking an experienced EHR Analyst Senior for inpatient providers and orders. This role focuses on advanced configuration, optimization, and support of clinical applications within the enterprise EHR, providing SME input on system design, workflow integration, and complex issue troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will mentor junior analysts, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive improvements in system performance and user adoption across clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with EHR systems.
• Epic certification required.
• Strong alignment with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced design, configuration, and optimization of clinical application workflows.
• Provides subject matter expertise in application build and workflow integration.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues, conducting root cause analysis and solution design.
• Develops and executes test plans for integrated and regression testing.
• Collaborates with clinicians, governance groups, and IT teams to align enhancements with requirements.
• Maintains detailed documentation of workflows, build standards, and testing results.
• Monitors application performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentors junior and intermediate analysts in technical skills and best practices.
• Coordinates with vendors to support upgrades, releases, and integrations.
