Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate across all impacted teams and document business operations.
• Work with Managers/Directors and Project Team to analyze workflows.
• Support the training team with new functionality and changes.
• Ensure test scripts reflect proposed workflow solutions.
• Review, test and implement changes and new releases.
• Provide on-call support and go-live assistance.
• Collaborate across teams and with Epic using Sherlock or related tools.
• Lead meetings and drive timely completion with proper documentation.
• Participate in disaster recovery measures and project scoping.
