Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required and Epic Certification in 1+ Epic Applications.
• 3–4+ years of Epic experience, including implementations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively across all impacted teams and document requirements.
• Work with Application Managers/Directors and project teams to collect, analyze, and document business operations and workflow.
• Support the training team by keeping trainers updated on new functionality and system changes.
• Ensure test scripts are created, reviewed, and updated to reflect proposed workflows.
• Review, test, and implement proposed changes and new releases as assigned.
• Troubleshoot issues, address user questions, and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Lead meetings and collaborate with Epic using Sherlock or other tools; participate in disaster recovery planning.
