Job summary
Novant Health seeks an experienced Solutions Architect focusing on Epic applications to lead complex EHR module builds and optimizations. You will partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to design scalable, secure solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery from planning through go-live and stabilization.

Qualifications
- Seven years in EHR clinical module build/optimization or enterprise clinical design.
- Five years Epic EHR application analyst/optimization; leading complex implementations.
- Two years Solutions Architect/Lead Analyst experience with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Engage oper/clinical partners to map workflows and safety context.
- Translate requirements into scalable Epic solution patterns.
- Oversee Epic module implementations from planning to go-live and stabilization.
- Lead meetings and multidisciplinary workgroups to drive decisions.
- Explain complex technical/clinical problems to diverse stakeholders.
- Prioritize work with urgency and drive action during change.
- Mentor others with diplomacy and problem-solving.
- Ensure privacy, security, and clinical safety across scope.
