Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III for the Epic Program Department. The role focuses on advancing analysis, enterprise workflow design, and coordinated Epic solutions across applications and operations.

Ideal candidates bring 7–8 years of healthcare/EPIC experience, leadership in large initiatives, and Epic certification, with willingness to travel and cover on-call duties as needed. The position is full-time and based in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field; advanced education preferred.
7–8 years of direct clinical/healthcare operations experience with Epic or similar EHR environments.
Epic certification required or obtainable within the timeframe set by AHC.
Proven experience leading large cross-functional workstreams and mentoring analysts.
Willingness to travel, on-call coverage, and extended-hour support for major projects.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design across Epic functions.
Resolve high-impact incidents; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate responders.
Plan and lead large complex Epic projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
Serve as senior liaison to operational leaders, Epic reps, end users, vendors, and IT teams.
Establish standards for design, testing, change control, documentation, and production support.
