Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Sr. Epic Analyst to lead in-depth Epic system analysis, design, testing and deployment across the organization.

You will collaborate with Application Managers, project teams, business representatives and end users to tailor Epic solutions, develop documentation, perform QA, and provide on-site support during go-lives and upgrades.

This role requires strong communication, Epic certification, and multiple Epic implementations.

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic project management skills (lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts).
• Epic certification and multiple Epic implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively across all impacted teams involved in tasks.
• Collaborate with Application Managers/Directors and Project Team to document operations and workflows.
• Support training by informing trainers of new functionalities and changes.
• Analyze data conversion needs and validate interfaces end-to-end.
• Ensure test scripts reflect proposed workflows and changes.
• Provide on-site support during go-lives and upgrades.
