Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst II for OpTime & Anesthesia to join our expanding Epic practice in New York. The role requires deep Epic System knowledge, collaboration across teams, and guiding end users through new releases, testing, training, and go-lives.

You will document procedures, mentor teammates, and ensure high-quality implementations aligned with NYU Langone's standards. Qualified candidates will have Epic certifications and a track record across multiple Epic

Qualifications

• Effective oral, written communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good process design experience.
• Basic project management skills and ability to lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Application Managers/Directors and Project Team to document business operations and workflows.
• Provide input on task assignment, scheduling, and scoping with managers.
• Participate in disaster recovery measures and testing efforts.
• Lead meetings and ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
