Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst II for OpTime & Anesthesia to provide in-depth Epic system expertise, tailor the platform to the organization’s needs, and deliver end-to-end workflow solutions. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of experience, BA/BS or equivalent, Epic certifications, and a background in Epic implementations, with strong communication and project

Qualifications

• Requires 3–4 years of experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Certified in 1 or more Epic Applications; working toward Epic Graduate certification in primary application.
• Multiple Epic implementation experiences; cross-application integration knowledge.
• Healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and document business operations and workflow with the Project Team.
• Provide input into task assignment and scheduling of duties with management.
• Participate in disaster recovery measures.
• Assess projects for scoping and timelines with the Application Manager/Director.
• Lead and facilitate meetings as needed and ensure QA processes are followed.
• Provide on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.
• Test and validate end-to-end workflow and data conversions; communicate changes across teams.
• Collaborate with Epic users and Sherlock tools to design and implement solutions.
