Job summary

NYU Langone Health in New York is seeking a Senior Epic Clinical Analyst I to drive in-depth Epic System knowledge, support business operations, and tailor the system to meet the organization's needs.

You will work with project teams, end users, and SMEs, design and test solutions, and provide on-site support during go-lives and upgrades.

Strong communication, teamwork, and Epic certification are required; willingness to participate in disaster recovery and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Effective oral, written communication and follow-up skills.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
Must maintain certification in at least 1 Epic application.
Minimal implementation and/or support experience desired.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze and document business operations and workflow with managers and project team.
Participate in disaster recovery measures.
Participate in meetings and support facilitation.
Ensure QA processes including change management and testing.
Provide on-site support during go-lives and upgrades.
Demonstrate understanding of interface requirements and testing.
Analyze new functionality in new releases for impact.
Communicate with all impacted teams on task assignments.
Support training by keeping trainers updated on new functionality.
Analyze data conversion needs.
