Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking an Epic Analyst II – ASAP to support Epic System software, analyze workflows, and tailor the system to clinical needs. You will design, build, test, install and maintain Epic solutions while collaborating with project teams and end users to drive quality and safety in patient care.

The role requires strong communication, 1–3 years of relevant experience, Epic certification, and a healthcare professional license. This is an on-site position based in New York.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent required.
• Must maintain certification in at least 1 Epic application.
• Holds a current license in a healthcare profession (e.g., nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, etc.).
• Minimal implementation and/or support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in disaster recovery measures.
• Review, test changes and new releases; support workflow solutions.
• Ensure test scripts reflect proposed workflow solutions.
• Analyze clinical operations and workflow with project teams.
• Provide on-site support during go-lives and upgrades.
• Maintain QA processes including change management and testing.
