Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Application Analyst for Epic Beaker/EpicCare Link in the United States. The role focuses on business systems design, upgrades, and improvements across Epic platforms.

You will serve as a primary contact for end-users, perform impact analysis, build and test changes, and mentor junior analysts within a cross-functional IT team. Responsibilities include leading estimates, liaising with stakeholders, and driving process improvements to support clinical and laboratory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Epic software certification within 8 weeks of hire or ability to obtain.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Liaise with business systems stakeholders and implementation staff to align needs with delivery.
