Qualifications

• Possession of or ability to obtain Epic software certification within 8 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendor staff to align business needs with system changes.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on incident/problem resolution.
• Support end-users and provide end-user training as needed.
