Job summary

Norton Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Applications Systems Analyst for Epic-Beaker to independently define objectives, scope, and impact based on clinical operations needs.

You will develop or modify IT procedures, analyze system logic, and document outcomes while guiding less experienced analysts. You will liaise with physicians and technology vendors to ensure quality and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in clinical app support or healthcare IT.
• Associate degree plus 7 years in clinical app support or healthcare IT.
• No degree with 9 years in clinical app support or healthcare IT.
• EPIC Certification/Accreditation is required.

Responsibilities

• Defines system objectives, requirements, scope and impact for Beaker clinically.
• Develops/modifies IT procedures to solve complex healthcare problems.
• Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documents outcomes.
• Leads teams and provides guidance to less experienced analysts as needed.
• Ensures QA, issue mitigation and resolution; liaises with vendors and clinicians.
