Qualifications

• Epic Certified in respective application upon hire or obtain within 9 months.
• Prior analyst experience working with a Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Work history/knowledge of Laboratory operations required.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission of JMC by configuring and supporting clinical applications within Epic EHR.
• Participate in planning, implementation, and go-live for the assigned application.
• Actively monitor assigned support tickets and resolve issues within service levels.
