Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst II for the Beaker Lab Department. You will independently analyze requirements, design workflows, configure Epic modules, and lead small-to-medium projects while coordinating with clinical and IT teams.

Certification in Epic is required or must be obtained within the company's timeframe. The role involves production support, testing, go-live activities, and ongoing documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field (experience can substitute).
• 5-6 years of direct clinical/healthcare OPS/clinical information systems experience, Epic preferred.
• Epic certification is required or must be obtained within timeframe set by the organization.
• Experience leading workstreams or mentoring colleagues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze intermediate-to-advanced requirements; design workflows, configure, build, test, validate and maintain Epic applications.
• Own complex incidents and requests; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate cross-application troubleshooting.
