Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field; or high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions as an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Epic software certifications within 8 weeks of hire preferred; current Epic Beaker CP or EpicCare Link certifications.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation of enhancements or support requests.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendor staff to align business needs with system changes.
• Mentor junior analysts and delegate activities.
• Provide end-user support and training; ensure timely project progress.
• Be a leader in process design and continuous improvement.
