Advocate Health seeks an IT analyst with Epic expertise to design, implement, and support clinical software solutions in a remote-friendly environment. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with clinical units and IT staff to ensure compliant, efficient workflows.

The ideal candidate will have Epic certification or progress toward it, a strong background in IT within healthcare, and experience translating business needs into technical specifications. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• EPIC certification within 6 months of start date.
• Strong knowledge of Epic platform and other clinical/IT systems.
• Experience mapping business requirements and translating into technical specs.
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between business and IT to provide technical solutions for user needs.
• Assist with conversion and operational planning across multiple projects.
• Coordinate system development, implementation, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate complex requirements to users and technical teams clearly.
• Support training and knowledge transfer as needed.
