Qualifications
- Typically 5 years in IT or clinical environment with working on moderate to complex business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Designs/moderately complex solutions by gathering requirements and coordinating development with users and IT staff.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate training when applicable.
- Identify impacts across application areas (including Epic) and propose aligned solutions.
- Act as liaison between clinical/business units and IT to meet user needs.
- Evaluate vendor offerings and ensure adherence to technical standards.
