Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Applications IT analyst to design, develop and support Epic-based and related applications within a remote-capable team. The role involves coordinating with clinical service lines, business units and IT to implement solutions for complex business needs.

The candidate will drive requirements gathering, testing and documentation, ensure data integrity, and facilitate user training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years IT or clinical environment experience with mapping, requirements, testing and documentation.
• Proficient with EPIC and related applications and databases.

Mansioni

• Assist with conversion and operational support planning for multiple projects.
• Serve as liaison between clinical service lines, business units and IT.
• Analyze business and clinical operations to identify automation opportunities and prepare plans.
• Communicate with users on complex requirements, provide training and support.
