Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Applications Analyst to design and implement Epic-related solutions, aligning clinical services with IT capabilities. Coordinate with clinical staff and IT to ensure data integrity across applications.

This full-time remote role supports multiple states and involves conversion, training, testing, and deployment of new functionality. Strong EPIC experience, requirements gathering and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• EPIC certification within 6 months and annual education requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Typically 5 years in IT or clinical environment with process mapping, analysis, requirements, testing and documentation
• Proficient in EPIC and other applications, OS and databases
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel as required, travel up to a moderate amount
• Comfortable with extensive computer use and sitting for long periods

Responsabilités

• Designs and develops solutions for Epic and related applications to meet business needs
• Assists with conversion and operational planning for multiple projects and coordinates training
• Acts as liaison between business users and IT, ensuring alignment of requirements and technical capabilities
• Evaluates vendor offerings and maintains data integrity across programs
• Coordinates all aspects of system development, implementation, testing and documentation
