Advocate Health seeks an experienced Pharmacy Applications analyst to design, develop and support Epic-based solutions. You will gather requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure system integrity while balancing clinical needs with IT capabilities.

The role involves working on complex deployments, training users and supporting multiple projects with potential after-hours on-call.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• EPIC experience and certifications preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with clinical and IT teams.

Mansioni

• Analyze business and clinical service line operations to identify automation opportunities.
• Coordinate design, development, testing and maintenance of Epic and related applications.
• Lead requirements gathering, specifications review and user training.
• Act as liaison between clinical business units and IT to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, system availability and timely project delivery.
