Job summary

NeighborHealth in Boston seeks a Senior Analyst, Applications to lead the analysis of end-user requirements and to automate workflows within Epic systems. You will act as a liaison between end-user departments and software vendors to resolve issues and drive enhancements.

The role manages projects, coordinates testing, and develops training materials, while supporting the Help Desk and ensuring timely delivery with quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/health/science or business preferred.
• Masters degree and/or management experience preferred.
• Epic certification or healthcare IT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-user requirements, procedures and problems to automate work processes or improve applications.
• Lead project teams and coordinate regular project meetings.
• Provide ongoing system support and vendor liaison for assigned applications.
• Develop training materials and act as back-up trainer as needed.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing plans and implementation of enhancements.
• Document issues, track enhancements, and communicate status to stakeholders.
