Job summary

Memorial Hermann is seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst to advance the functionality and efficiency of Information Systems across Epic applications. This role requires intermediate to advanced analysis, design, configuration and implementation to ensure optimal workflow integration and user support.

You will provide ongoing Epic application support, collaborate with teams, and contribute to system training while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Epic Certification required.
• 4+ years in healthcare IT/MIS analysis, design, testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Translates user Epic system needs into technical solutions.
• Performs project reviews and process walk-throughs for improvements.
• Provides technical knowledge in Epic and related software support.
• Participates in after-hours support on a rotating schedule.
• Develops plans, prioritizes work, and reports progress to management.
• Contributes to staff training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintains clear, proactive communication with users and stakeholders.
