Job summary

NeighborHealth Corporation, a leading community health system serving the greater Boston area, seeks an Epic Senior Application Analyst to lead analysis, implementation, and optimization of clinical applications. You will bridge end users, IT, and vendors to streamline workflows and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities include managing projects, coordinating meetings, developing testing plans, and supporting system enhancements across Epic modules.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims – Required
• Epic Tapestry – Preferred
• At least five years in Healthcare IT support
• Bachelor Degree in computer science, health science, or business
• Masters Degree and/or Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned projects independently
• Identifies and develops project team
• Coordinates and prepares regular project meetings
• Collects and analyzes information from project team, vendors and end users
• Evaluates and resolves workflow issues
• Evaluates and resolves system issues
• Evaluates departmental and health center policy issues
• Communicates to all stakeholders the status of the assigned projects
• Works with vendors to meet agreed upon timelines
• Manages reporting requirements essential for the project
• Works with other project leaders to maintain work balance within the department and the health center
• Maintains vendor relationships; supports Help Desk; documents changes
