Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos seeks an Epic Application Analyst to lead design, implementation and maintenance of clinical systems across the enterprise. You will bridge clinical workflows and HL7 data exchange, translating needs into HL7 integrations and detailed requirements.

You will mentor junior analysts, partner with IT leaders, and oversee multiple Epic modules (Inpatient, Beacon, OpTime, Willow, ASAP, MyChart). Position offers a hybrid work model with some on-site hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience with Epic EMR and/or other clinical applications.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering and coordinate with IT leadership.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes; translate to technical specs.
• Interview stakeholders to capture business and clinical needs; develop requirement documents.
• Define external interfaces and non-functional requirements; manage change control.
