Qualifications

• Four years of experience with an EHR, including system configuration and support.
• Experience or certification requirements as described, with relevant licenses not required.
• Experience with Epic modules and healthcare IT regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for the EHR and system optimization to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Conduct complex configurations and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and usability.
• Deliver end-user training and create documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data extraction aligned with reporting needs.
• Manage upgrades, testing cycles, and change management to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, TJC, and company policies.
• Provide escalation support and mentor junior analysts within the team.
• Offer insights to leadership on performance metrics and system improvements.
