Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos seeks an Integration Analyst and Developer to support HL7-based interoperability and integration across healthcare systems. The candidate will collaborate with technical and operational teams, hold Bridges Certification, and show strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic EMR and other clinical applications (2–5 years).
• Master’s or advanced clinical degree with software requirements leadership experience; or Bachelor’s with five years’ experience.
• Epic Certification strongly preferred; national program or state certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes; translate to technical specs.
• Interview stakeholders to assess clinical needs and prepare requirements documents.
• Define external interfaces and non-functional requirements; plan acceptance testing and deployments.
