Responsibilities

  • Support, optimize, and maintain Epic modules including Willow, Cadence, and Ambulatory.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clinical operations, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and Epic issue resolution.
  • Gather, analyze, and document system requirements to support workflow enhancements.

  • Build and maintain configuration, workflows, and user documentation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess system needs and recommend best-practice solutions.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Epic Systems Analyst with hands‑on experience supporting modules such as Willow, Cadence, and Ambulatory. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to clinical teams, IT leadership, and executive stakeholders, ensuring Epic functionality supports operational excellence and organizational goals.

This position requires someone who is not only technically strong, but also confident in presenting complex information to executive leaders in a clear, concise, and strategic way.

What You’ll Do
