Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced IT professional to manage and optimize Epic-based solutions across Enterprise Corporate - Pharmacy Applications. This role designs, analyzes, tests, and supports IT systems for clinical service lines, coordinating with business units and vendors to implement new functionality.

The ideal candidate has Epic certification within 6 months, a BS in CS or related field, and at least 5 years in IT or clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or clinical environment with process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Proficient in EPIC and other applications; strong documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and clinical operations to identify automation opportunities.
• Coordinate system development, implementation, testing and training.
• Serve as IT liaison between clinical service lines and IT.
