Advocate Health is seeking an experienced IT/Clinical Systems Analyst to design and implement solutions across Epic and related applications. You will work with business units, Epic teams, and IT staff to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure successful delivery of new functionality.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, at least 5 years in IT/clinical environments, and EPIC certification within six months.

Formación

• Requires EPIC certification within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically 5+ years IT or clinical environment experience with business process mapping and requirements gathering.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and develops solutions for moderate to complex business needs; coordinates development and implementation with IT staff.
• Assists with conversion and operational planning for multiple projects; may manage training.
• Acts as liaison between business and IT to meet user needs and ensure alignment with Epic and third-party apps.
