Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Senior Application Advisor to drive Epic EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting for managed services clients in the United States. You will mentor staff, oversee customer engagements, and ensure smooth integration across Epic modules.

The role requires 5+ years with Epic modules, Epic certifications, strong communication, and ITIL experience. Travel up to 10% and on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing certificate required.
• Epic certifications (MyChart, EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere or related modules) with integration knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting Epic modules.
• ITIL knowledge and prior management or project experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence, including at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Epic design, build, testing and troubleshooting for Nordic clients.
• Lead onboarding of new team members and mentor the Managed Services team.
• Explain complex systems clearly to internal teams and leaders.
• Create process documents to enable consistent execution.
• Provide timely feedback and support continuous improvement.
