Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–7 years of healthcare IT system analysis and support experience.
• Alternative: 10+ years of healthcare IT system analysis in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Design Epic build configurations aligned with clinical/workflow needs.
• Coordinate build, deployment, testing (unit/integration/UAT) and go-live activities.
• Provide training curriculum and documentation for Epic and related apps.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and third-party systems for integrations.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and security/compliance during changes.
