Job summary

University Hospitals is seeking an Epic Senior Analyst for Epic Professional Billing. The role designs, configures, tests and implements Epic modules, leading teams to meet business requirements and to drive interoperability with clinical workflows.

The Senior Analyst mentors teammates, develops workflows, and ensures successful end-user adoption throughout the Epic lifecycle in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in designing, configuring, testing and maintaining Epic applications.
• 2+ years working in a health care related IT environment.
• Epic Application Certification required.
• Epic Professional Billing certification strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Business/Healthcare Related Field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, testing and implementation of Epic projects and workflows.
• Collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to gather requirements and build solutions.
• Develop and maintain testing scripts, user access and security configurations.
• Manage projects per Enterprise PMO framework and coordinate change management.
